Changed your mind and don't want merchandise? Return item within 30 days. Item must be in saleable condition. All returns must be in the original packaging and new, unused condition. Cut yardage and copyrighted materials (books and patterns) cannot be returned. If item was an internet order, customer pays for return shipping. All purchases made from our “On The Fly” (Sale) category and all Special Orders are final.
Standard shipping is $5.00 for all domestic orders under $100. Orders over $100 ship free within the U.S.! There will be additional shipping charges for international orders.
When you sign up for a class, and are not able to attend, we ask that you let us know at least 1 week in advance and we will be happy to refund your class fee.
We understand that many people carry cell phones today. During class, we ask that you turn off your cell phone, or at least put it on "silent". If you need to use your cell phone, please be polite, and step outside to talk so that you do not disturb the class.
General Class Conduct
We want everyone to enjoy the class experience. There are many things that can disturb or disrupt student learning. We try to keep the classroom environment comfortable for everyone and ask that each student practice general politeness and sensitivities.
We do our very best to offer an array of classes including the classic and basic sewing techniques combined with the latest in quilting excitement. However, we only know what you want if you tell us. Class Cancellations due to weather
Classes will be cancelled when local schools are closed due to weather. Please Call us at 330-653-5598 if you have any questions. Under most circumstances the shop will remain open even when local schools are closed. Please travel safely.
